About Me - Marc Fippel, People Artist
I am Marc Fippel, photographer, born in 1973 in Nairobi, Kenya. I spent my childhood between Kenya, South Africa, and Germany. I speak German, English, French, and a few words of Kiswahili. The world is my home. Come with me on a journey. My childhood shaped me, and I had the chance to meet many different people and cultures. The numerous moves taught me to be flexible and spontaneous in responding to new situations and events.
My mother, Jacqueline Fippel, gave me the necessary sensitivity and fine intuition for what really matters in life. My father, Bernd Fippel, taught me the basics of photography and showed me what it means to work independently with passion and perseverance. Today I live with my wife Heike and my son Emilias in Zwingenberg on the Hessian Bergstraße. My wife Heike supports me daily in our business.
What defines me? I am open-minded, love encounters with people, and enjoy discovering what moves them deep inside. Their stories inspire me. As a photographer, I am not just an observer but a door opener: I help people discover and reveal their true selves – in images that connect and touch. In doing so, I am a networker in the best sense: I enjoy bringing people together, sparking new impulses, and sharing creative ideas.
I work with a clear sense of the moment. My shoots are like life itself – in flow. We start with an idea, leaving room for spontaneity. In the end, a lively, coherent photo series emerges – your personal story.

We wanted authentic corporate photography and in the end, we got much more: images with real emotion, trust, and personality.
The special thing about Marc’s work is that the images never feel staged. Professional, yes. High end, yes. But still human and real.
Marc doesn’t just photograph people. He sees them. That’s probably the biggest difference.
I have rarely experienced someone who creates such a calm, positive and genuine atmosphere during a shoot. Even employees who normally hate being photographed suddenly had fun.
Working with Marc never feels like a classic business shoot. More like an honest conversation where a camera just happens to be there. And that’s exactly what you see later in the pictures.
I am very satisfied and happy with the result! Thank you for the very professional work! As always, it was a lot of fun and thanks to your creative design, it didn’t feel like work at all!
Dear Marc, It is hard to put in words how thankful we are for the trusting, reliable and great partnership with you. Let me say it that way - we love you Marc!!
Before the shoot, I was worried about looking too polished or unnatural. But Marc manages with his manner that you completely forget the camera. In the end, the pictures felt more like me than all the professional photos before.
Are you nervous in front of a camera, too? Marc totally took my “stage fright” and made the shooting a real happening! Thank you Marc!
